Bombo's inner life

Before starting the speech ,
Ben told a story about two salesmen in a different way of looking at things.
One is positive,the other is negative.
It cause totally different outcome.

Ben has a great vision to awake other people to understand and enjoy classcal music.

he said
"you cannot be tone deaf,nobody is tone deaf"
"you have a fantastic ear,everyone has fantastic"

According to his words,you'll find it's easy to enter the classical music. 

As he said,
"it's one of the characteristics of a leader that he not doubt for one moment the capacity of people he's leading to realize whatever he's dreaming"
